LE PANTS!!

Le Pants are an inner-city all dancing all singing pop blamange outfit!!

THE GIG;-

We do a 35 minute set of original crapop songs, each one a satire of modern cliché’s. The songs are performed with full dance routines, speedy kick ass costume changes, live vocals and live visuals, with our own hilarious home made videos showing in between each song.

If a 35 minute full show is too long we can split up the set however suits the gig, and do as many or as little of the songs needed.

Each song is diverse, with strong characters and music genres, our current set includes:

Cowgirl - ragga pop randy cowgirls with spurs and purrs
Obsessive compulsive - electro-toy 50’s pill popping house wives
Famous - disco girls that will do anything to get to the top (in large heels!)
Tesco Boy - dubstep grime anthem chavettes
The Ad – adult ‘personal ad’ confessions set in paris jazz sleeze
Popcorn – aerobic lycra clad pants people (the love children of pans people)
80's wedding - brides with shoulder pads and all the 80's moves
SMOKER FACE - lady wah wah drag hag (our latest number, a real corker!)

Plus ongoing nonsense always in the pipe line. Commissions also welcomed.

THE WALKABOUT ;-

We also do walkabout as our many different characters. A favourite is the 60’s pill popping ‘stepford’ housewives, who go about compulsively dusting the whole of the event, and all the people at it! Or we have the yoghurt weavers spreading ‘love and healing’ all over the site. Using an amp on wheels we can spontaneously stop and perform our songs and dance routines during our walkabout. Walkabout times and characters vary according to the needs of the event.

TECH INFO ;-

Le Pants are 5 performers plus 1 technician but we can also perform as a 3 or 4 person act, with or without the tecnician depending on budget.

We come equipped with radio mic, screen and projector. If there is a projector already installed into the venue then we require a VGA input.

We require a stereo audio input for the front of house P.A, standard lights, changing area close to the stage, and minimum 3x2m clear stage.

At festivals we also require some live in vehicle passes.
